About the FS-KTN
The Financial Services Knowledge Transfer Network (KTN) harnesses cutting edge scientific research to support and protect innovation, competitiveness and market stability. Networking events bring together industry insight and scientific knowledge to identify major challenges and build multi-disciplinary teams to pursue research and development into products and processes. The KTN maps the landscape of challenges and resources, both in business and in academia, and is led by the needs of the financial services sector and acts as a voice for the sector in discussion with science funding agencies. For more information about the FS-KTN please visit the main KTN website.
Conference fees
The conference fee includes all administration, access to presentations where applicable and refreshments for the duration of the event. The fee does not include accommodation - delegates are responsible for booking this directly. All conference fees are inclusive of VAT.
Invoicing
If you are unable to pay using Paypal or a credit card, please contact Lucinda at lucinda.kingswood@fs-net.org or on 07876458555 so that an invoice can be issued. If your accounts payable department requires a purchase order number on the delegate payment invoice, please ensure that they provide the number. This will avoid any unnecessary delays.
Payment
All delegate payments must be received prior to registering on site. If you have an outstanding balance when you arrive on site, you will be asked to settle the amount by cash or credit card before you collect your conference materials.
Cancellations
Cancellation of a conference place must be made in writing by email at least two weeks prior to the event. Any cancellations advised after this time will not be refunded but a colleague can attend in your place, we will need written confirmation of this from the original delegate.
Confirmation
A email will be sent to you to confirm your booking. This email acts as receipt of your payment and confirmation that your place has been reserved for event attendance. As such, please print this email this out and bring it with you to the event.
