Unconscious Processes

The UK Financial Services Knowledge Transfer Network would like to invite you to the third of five seminars focusing on Gender Differences in Financial Services Sector.

Very few women today experience explicit statements of discrimination and sexism in the workplace. However, our discrimination may take on very subtle forms. This session will explore the unconscious expectations that we in the financial services industry have about leadership and about gender that still hinder the industry's ability to create diverse teams and attract, retain and promote the best talent.

This seminar is a great opportunity to hear from leading experts in psychology and neuroscience. The discussion will feature the results of research as well as practical insights from senior financial services industry practitioners.
